Returns and Exchanges

Our company, RevelMates, is dedicated to being Environmentally Friendly. All products are unique and produced only after we receive your order.

Due to the nature of our production process, we regret to inform you that we are unable to support returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for sale items, gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to review your orders carefully before finalizing them.

Damages and Issues

However, in case of a damaged, missing product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch with us by writing to refund@revelmates.com and providing a clear photo showing the issue.

• If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. 

• We advise recording the unboxing of your package upon delivery. This video documentation will help us to assist you promptly and efficiently.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. 

❗️Please note:

• For DTG (direct-to-garment printing method) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" (1-1.5cm) for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
• A faint odor is a natural occurrence in the DTG printing industry. Typically, the odor will disappear after the first wash.
• Due to differences in monitor screens, colors may appear slightly different in print than what you see on your screen.
• The same design can appear different after printing on two different products. This largely depends on the material printed. For example, one t-shirt style may have awesome ink absorption, resulting in a sharp-looking finish. However, that same design on another product (maybe a thick hoodie) might appear less intense (DTG prints on blended fabric will look less crisp than on a 100% cotton material). This discrepancy can be due to the fabric used (cotton, polyester, rayon, blend, etc.), the thickness of the cloth, differences in dying technologies/processes, and other factors. 

A free replacement or refund is definitely not offered in these cases:
• Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by you.
• You received a requested product but wish to have another size/color instead.
• Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements - below 1" (2.5cm).
• We produce items using direct-to-garment, all-over-print or dye sublimation, heat-press transfer, and direct-to-film printing and decorating methods. The products with the same design will not be considered defective if they appear slightly different due to different technologies and methods used.

Refunds

Once we receive all necessary information from you, we will thoroughly investigate the situation and communicate a decision regarding the possibility of product replacement or refund.

If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at refund@revelmates.com.

Cancellation or Order Modification

Please make sure to verify your items before proceeding to the checkout process. Double check the quantity, sizes, colors, and prices to avoid any mistakes and ensure a smooth transaction. Please also check names, numbers, and addresses.
Anyway, we completely understand that mistakes happen sometimes. So please don't worry and reach out to us as soon as possible info@revelmates.com and we'll do everything we can to assist you.

•The requested changes may not be possible depending on the order status. Once an order has been submitted, it is not possible to modify the products included in the order.
